1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 640 platform (including the website, mobile app, and related services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of the terms stated, you are required to cease using the platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the management of the 640 platform. The platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age requirement.

640 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendments will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to register and hold only one account on the 640 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts with no refund of any remaining balance.

When registering, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Any false, inaccurate, or incomplete information discovered at a later date may be grounds for account suspension or closure. 640 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Keep your password and account login details confidential
  • Ensure that no other party uses your account without your authorisation
  • Notify 640 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
  • Update your account information whenever there are changes to your personal details

640 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party, unless such losses were directly caused by the platform's own negligence.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

640 platform users agree to comply with all applicable usage rules. The platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only and may not be used for commercial purposes, fraud, or any unlawful activity.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, system manipulation, or exploitation of platform bugs
  • Sharing your account or allowing another individual to use it
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity
  • Distributing content that is offensive, threatening, or in violation of Malaysian law
  • Attempting to access platform systems, databases, or restricted areas without authorisation

640 reserves the right to take whatever action it deems appropriate in response to any breach of these terms, including reporting illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the 640 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via supported local payment methods, including bank transfers and approved e-wallets. The current list of available payment methods can be viewed in your account section after logging in.

Regarding deposits and withdrawals:

  • Deposits will be credited to your account once payment is confirmed by the system — processing time varies depending on the payment method selected
  • Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may take several business days to process
  • Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set and subject to change from time to time
  • 640 reserves the right to withhold or delay any transaction suspected of involving fraud or illegal activity pending the completion of an investigation
  • Any taxes or service charges imposed by third-party financial institutions are solely the user's responsibility

All transactions are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed except under circumstances stipulated by platform policy. In the event of a transaction dispute, contact 640 customer support within 7 days of the transaction date.

5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Liability Limits

640 bears no liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, data loss, or financial outcomes from betting activity. The platform's total maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

Account Suspension & Closure

640 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if:

  • A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred
  • Account activity suspected to involve fraud or illegal conduct
  • User provided false information during registration
  • Account inactivity exceeding the period specified under the platform's current policy

Any balance remaining in an account closed due to a terms violation may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of the platform's internal investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 640 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, and software — is the property of 640 and is protected under applicable Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent from platform management.

Third-Party Links & Governing Law

640 may contain links to third-party websites or services. The platform is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those third-party sites. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
